About Krull Families in Northern Germany
Dear researchers,
The oldest document of my family I found in the "LUEBECKER URKUNDENBUCH" and it
is dated 31.Jan. 1436 without a first name, some generations before Amerika was
discovered.I named him "Krull,NN Reppenhagen I".
The next documents I found in the "Landbede in der Vagedie
Greuesmollen anno XIX" = "Landbede in der Vogtei Grevesmühlen 1519" already 5
KRULLS with first names : Hans, Titke, Titke, Hans, Reymer. The first document
was from the squire Bernd von PLESSE and still in 1700 was a KRULL
administrator for the knights VON PLESSEN.I could not tie together until now
the old KROWEL * about 1374,KROULL *1425 and KRUL in Luebeck, CRULLIGUS *1277
in Wismar, KRUL *1305 in Wittenburg, KRUL *1348 in Malchin. In the taxlists
1519 - 1585 are about 50 different KRULL spread all over Mecklenburg < Dr. Hans
WITTE, Archivar 1906 >.Until beginning of the Churchbooks the question is,
who is the father or uncle,if there is nothing else determinatet.
My family has about 300 members researched, another Crull family has also about
300 members, I have about 7000 other Krull/Kroll from Mecklenburg and northern
Germany in my computer.
The living persons are hidden on this homepage. My father was Friedrich Johann
August Martin Krull[# 87 seeking for Friedrich].I was born in Hamburg
1936. Since Sept 17.2002 I have my dates posted at
http://Gedbas.genealogy.net/,
but I post the dates and trees with the sources here, too, with a better
possibility to compare for you.
The update Februar 29. 2008 includes the complete Census Mecklenburg- Schwerin 1819,
1867 and 1900 ref. the Krulls. No facts for the Mecklenburg - Strelitz Regions [ with
the Fuerstentum Ratzeburg ].

Regional research at: http://Gedbas.genealogy.net/
I add always the ZIP - Codes to the places. When you enter at Gedbas only the
ZIP-Code as follows,e.g. D 19089
without any familyname, you get all my families in that district. For wider
regional research you can do it also with D 19. If you want to see only
families from Crivitz you put in D 19089 Crivitz.
A map with the first 2 numbers of German ZIP - Codes :

On Jan 10. 2008 I got the facts of the "Krull family from Woebbelin in Germany"
with about 250 descendants in USA, researched by Mary Frances Krull and her
husband Harold Eugene Krull.I shall continue research back to my roots, because
my DNA fits with the DNA Y of Harold Eugene Krull.

Greetings from Hamburg
